SOP/TSSOP/MSOP Automatic Lead-Forming System
Feeding section: Employs a dual‑magazine vertical lifting system, enabling continuous operation during magazine changes.
Material‑handling section: The product is picked from the magazine by a gripper, undergoes visual inspection for orientation detection, and is sorted—OK units are conveyed to the output track, while NG units are diverted to the reject bin.
Material‑feeding and guide‑rail assembly: A linear‑motor‑driven material‑feeding mechanism on the rail conveys products into the mold for rebar cutting, forming, and part separation. The feeding mechanism achieves a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.005 mm, and the system triggers an alarm in the event of a card jam.
Push-out section: After the mold is opened, the molded part is ejected by the push-out mechanism and conveyed onto an inclined chute. The scrap frame is removed from the right side via a pin‑ejector, and the system triggers a card‑presence alarm (timeout alarm) when a card is detected.
Punching die section: Three sets of dies are used to sequentially perform the trimming, forming, and separating processes.
Powertrain: servo motor + gearbox + cam mechanism.
Tube-loading section: It can simultaneously load multiple product rows, enhancing machine efficiency. Utilizing an aluminum tube clamp–based, stack‑type cyclic loading system, it automatically detects the presence or absence of tubes and counts products as they are loaded into the tubes.
DIP4-8R Automatic Rebar Cutting and Forming System
Feeding section: Utilizes a dual‑magazine, vertical‑ejection feeding system, enabling continuous operation during magazine changes.
Material‑handling section: The product is picked from the magazine by a gripper, undergoes visual inspection for orientation detection, and is sorted—OK units are conveyed to the output track, while NG units are diverted to the reject bin.
Feed section: A stepper motor‑driven feeding mechanism accurately positions the product, and the system triggers a card‑presence alarm when a card is detected.
Pusher and guide rail assembly: A pin‑driven mechanism feeds the product into the mold for forming and cutting, after which a pusher mechanism ejects the finished part from the front for tube loading. The scrap frame is ejected to the right by the pin‑driving action, and the system triggers an alarm when a card is detected.
Powertrain: servo motor + gearbox + cam mechanism.
Tube-loading section: It can simultaneously load tubes for two product lines, thereby enhancing machine efficiency. Empty tubes are fed in from above along the tube‑guide side panel, and the machine automatically performs the tube‑loading operation; once the tubes are filled, the products drop into the product tray below.
SOP Series IDF Frame Automatic Forming and Tubing Assembly System
Feeding section: Utilizes a dual‑magazine, vertical‑ejection feeding system, enabling continuous operation during magazine changes.
Material‑handling section: The product is picked from the magazine by a gripper, and visual inspection is used to identify its orientation and packaging type. Good units are conveyed onto the conveyor, while defective units are sorted into the reject bin.
Feed section: A stepper motor‑driven feeding mechanism accurately positions the product, and the system triggers a card‑presence alarm when a card is detected.
Push‑and‑guide rail assembly: A needle‑driven mechanism feeds the part into the mold for rib cutting, forming, and separation. Finally, a push‑out mechanism ejects the finished part from the mold and places it into the tube. Scrap frames are conveyed beneath the guide rail via rollers, and the system triggers a card‑presence alarm when a card is detected.
Punching die section: It comprises three sets of dies that sequentially perform the trimming, forming, and separating processes.
Powertrain: servo motor + reducer + cam mechanism.
Tube-loading section: Empty tubes are automatically aligned at the tube inlet after being sorted by the equipment for orientation and stopper placement; once a tube is filled, it is replaced in a continuous cycle.
Laser Marking & Automatic Tab-Forming System
Feeding section: Material is supplied from a hopper; a pusher rod ejects the parts from the hopper, and a roller-driven belt conveys them to the marking station. The conveyor track is equipped with material‑drop detection and anti‑reverse sensing functions.
Marking section: Equipped with a dual-laser-head marking machine, full‑panel marking takes only 4–6 seconds, and a CCD system is included to verify marking quality.
Flipping section: The material is conveyed to the designated position via a roller-driven belt, and a rotary cylinder is used to flip the workpiece.
Pusher and guide rail assembly: The entire rebar‑cutting system uses rollers and a belt to convey the material sheets, with the sheets at the front and rear of the die driven by indexing pins. Scrap frames are ejected from the right side via an indexing pin, and the system triggers a card‑out alarm (timeout alarm) when a card is present.
Power section: A servo motor and a reducer drive the cam mechanism for punching and cutting.
Automatic rebar cutting, forming, and palletizing system
Feeding section: Material is supplied via a hopper; the workpiece is pushed by a pusher mechanism to the vision‑inspection station for identification, then gripped by a claw and conveyed to the robotic arm’s picking position. The robotic arm subsequently places the workpiece onto the infeed pusher track, from where it is advanced by a pushing mechanism onto the infeed conveyor.
Pusher and guide rail assembly: A ratchet mechanism drives the product, feeding it into the die for rib cutting, forming, and part separation. Finally, the ratchet ejects the finished part from the right side of the die, while scrap frames fall through the bottom of the die into the scrap collection bin. An overload alarm is activated in the event of an overload.
Powertrain: servo motor + gearbox + cam mechanism.
Forming section: The forming gripper picks up the component and places it on the forming platform. Once the platform detects the presence of the component, the gripper presses it down and, via the forming mechanism, drives the forming block to correct any angular deviations in the component leads. The forming mechanism employs two independent sets of actuators to adjust lead angle deviations in both orthogonal directions.
Flipping Section: Upon receiving the command, the flipping mechanism automatically picks up the product and rotates it to the designated orientation, then waits for palletizing.
Tray-loading section: This section is equipped with two complete tray‑moving and collecting mechanisms, enhancing machine efficiency and reducing manual labor. Empty trays are stacked and fed in from the rear, then conveyed by a module to the loading station; once filled, they are transferred by the same module to the front for stacking and storage.
