Feeding section: Utilizes a dual‑magazine, vertical‑ejection feeding system, enabling continuous operation during magazine changes. Material‑handling section: The product is picked from the magazine by a gripper, and visual inspection is used to identify its orientation and packaging type. Good units are conveyed onto the conveyor, while defective units are sorted into the reject bin. Feed section: A stepper motor‑driven feeding mechanism accurately positions the product, and the system triggers a card‑presence alarm when a card is detected. Push‑and‑guide rail assembly: A needle‑driven mechanism feeds the part into the mold for rib cutting, forming, and separation. Finally, a push‑out mechanism ejects the finished part from the mold and places it into the tube. Scrap frames are conveyed beneath the guide rail via rollers, and the system triggers a card‑presence alarm when a card is detected. Punching die section: It comprises three sets of dies that sequentially perform the trimming, forming, and separating processes. Powertrain: servo motor + reducer + cam mechanism. Tube-loading section: Empty tubes are automatically aligned at the tube inlet after being sorted by the equipment for orientation and stopper placement; once a tube is filled, it is replaced in a continuous cycle.
