Automatic Film-Loading/Batch-Processing System (Grab-and-Load Type)
Material is fed via a magazine; the wafers are first conveyed by a roller-driven belt along the track to the robotic arm’s gripping position, after which the arm places the wafers onto the preheating station.
The robotic arm’s base is integrally cast, providing exceptionally high stability. Its drive components incorporate servo motors, high-precision ball screws, and linear guides to ensure precise positioning in repetitive motions.
The track is equipped with material‑leakage detection and anti‑reverse detection functions, providing both leakage alarms and reverse‑material‑piece alarms.
Based on customer requirements, an automatic dough‑feeding function can be added to the existing equipment, enabling a single machine to perform multiple tasks—namely, sheet dispensing and dough feeding.
