Loading: Utilizes a twin carrier strip + vertical lift mechanism to ensure continuous operation during box replacements. Picking: Using manipulators, products are retrieved from the carrier strip, where a visual inspection system identifies the orientation accurately. Approved products are allocated to the conveyor, and defective ones are sent to a discard bin. Feeding: The servo motor drives the belt to accurately deliver the product to the designated position. Conveyance and Rail System: The product is firmly pressed by a compression wheel and then transported incrementally by rollers. An initial inspection for adhesive absence is conducted on the track, triggering a stoppage alarm for defective units, while acceptable units are forwarded into the mold for punching. Subsequently, products fall into a collection box located beneath the mold. Drive Component: Consisting of a servo motor, a reduction gear, and a cam mechanism. Boxing: Positioned underneath the mold are two boxes, one to the left and the other to the right. The system seamlessly transitions to the right box once the left box reaches capacity, enabling uninterrupted bin replacement. Compatibility: This apparatus accommodates SOT/SOD products with widths between 20-100mm. Utilizing a vision system to select the appropriate mold for the product type, the device then automatically retrieves and applies the predetermined operational settings. The duration to switch between product types is no more than 15 minutes.
