Loading: The die is supplied from a material tray and pushed to a visual inspection station for identification by a pushing mechanism. Then, it is moved to a pickup position by a hook claw, where a robotic arm places it onto the feed and push track, subsequently advancing it to the conveyor track. Conveying and Guiding System: Ejector teeth transport the product into the mold for processes like scribing, forming, and cutting separation. Post these processes, ejector teeth dislodge the product from the mold's right side, with waste frames falling into a disposal bin below. An alarm alerts in cases of overload. Drive Component: Consisting of a servo motor, a reduction gear, and a cam mechanism. Forming: A forming gripper places the product on a shaping platform, securing it upon detection. The forming structure then manipulates a forming block to correct the pin angle deviations on the product, utilizing two independent mechanisms for bidirectional adjustment. Inverting: The inverting mechanism, upon command, seizes the product and inverts it for placement in a tray. Tray Filling: Features two comprehensive sets of tray transport and collection systems, improving machine productivity and lessening the physical strain on workers. Empty trays are stacked and inserted from the back, transported to a filling unit by a module, and the filled trays are moved to the front for stacking.
