This full set incorporates top-tier servo motors, drivers, and oil pumps from Daikin Industries, Ltd., with a closed-loop control system. It represents a significant advance over traditional inverter systems in terms of control precision and the durability of essential components. It offers more accurate control without the need for cooling water, while consuming just 0.4 kWh of electricity per hour. It utilizes high-strength seamless steel tubes, offering high sealability, durability, and absence of rubber residues. A fully numerically controlled temperature system from Korea is adopted, featuring 32 temperature points split into 8 modules and integrated with the PLC. All temperature points are displayed on the touchscreen, permitting online adjustments of PDI values and gains with a control accuracy of plus or minus one degree. The oil pump features a dual-pump design, with an optional servo valve for ultra-high precision control of the injection system. The control setup employs PLC and a large touchscreen interface, enabling adjustment of all variables such as position, pressure, flow rate, and speed through a user-friendly interface. The highest achievable clamping pressure reaches 330/550 tons.
