Material supply is facilitated through the use of trays, where operators manually position the trays on an elevator platform. The platform lowers to a set height, and a motor-driven lead screw system advances the dies from the tray onto the track. Once die presence is sensed, a servo motor-powered lead screw assembly arranges the dies into their specified locations. Transmission components are made up of a servo motor, high-precision lead screws, and guide rails, guaranteeing the precision of positioning in repetitive movements. The conveyor is equipped with detection equipment capable of identifying misalignments, material shortages, and overloading in the push mechanism. An automatic wafer loading feature can be integrated as per client specifications to achieve a versatile machine capable of both die discharge and wafer loading functionalities.
